Your activities and designs

Activity lists, pasted rows, repeating rules and calendar plan backups are processed in the add-on. They are not sent to our payment or licensing service, or to a generative AI service. Generated editable pages are part of your Adobe Express document and are handled by Adobe under its policies. This is not a claim that Adobe Express works offline.

Browser storage

The add-on saves the current draft, named reusable plans and your activation code using Adobe client storage in your current browser. Use Clear plan to remove the current draft; remove named plans from Saved plans. Clearing browser data removes this browser-stored information. Download a plan backup for anything important. Contact support for help revoking a license.

Payments and licensing

Stripe processes checkout and payment details. We do not receive or store full card numbers. Our product-specific service stores payment references, amount, currency, status, an activation-code hash, a short code hint, timestamps and a salted hash of the payment email when available. The normal license check sends only your activation code to verify access. The code is not stored in plaintext by our licensing database.

Infrastructure and security

Cloudflare hosts the website and licensing service. To protect the service, short-lived rate-limit counters use a salted hash of an IP address and expire from the application database after a few minutes. Infrastructure providers may process technical request information under their policies. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

Support and retention

If you email support, we process the information you choose to send to resolve your request. Payment and license records are retained for purchase recovery, fraud prevention and applicable legal/accounting requirements. Browser-stored plans remain until removed. We do not sell your activity content.

Your choices

Request access, correction or deletion of our support/licensing records by emailing support@marsstudio.cc. We may verify purchase ownership and retain records required by law. For data managed by Adobe or Stripe, use their privacy controls. No external calendar access is requested.
